Partner Sales Executive (US) – Hunter Profile Build the US business. Own pipeline. Close deals. Scale to VP.
The Mission We are resetting and rebuilding our US go-to-market. This is not a “from scratch” story:
We already have an established US presence with ~$15M revenue
We are a $100M+ revenue company globally
Now we are rebuilding the sales team with a clear focus on execution, pipeline and growth. This is not a “channel management” role.
This is a hunter role in a partner-led model.

You will:

  • build pipeline through partners
  • drive deals end-to-end
  • close business yourself

If you meet your goals, you will help reshape and scale the US business and can grow into VP Sales US within 12–24 months

What You’ll Do

  • Build your own pipeline – using partners as a force multiplier
  • Identify, activate, and push partners into real deal creation
  • Run deals end-to-end (qualification → close)
  • Own a full revenue quota
  • Work directly with senior leadership (CEO / CRO)
  • Help define how modern partner-led sales actually works

This is not: waiting for partner leads, internal coordination, slide-making This is: hunting, pushing, closing

What We’re Looking For We are looking for A-Players.

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales (cyber / SASE / SaaS)
  • Strong hunter mentality – you create pipeline, not wait for it
  • Experience working with partners as a sales lever, not as an excuse
  • Ability to close complex deals yourself
  • High ownership, speed, and execution mindset

You should be able to clearly answer:

  • “How did YOU create pipeline last year?”
  • “What deals did YOU personally close?”
  • “Where did partners actually help you win?”

What Success Looks Like

  • You generate meaningful pipeline within your first months
  • You close your first deals fast
  • You build partner relationships that actually produce revenue
  • You become a key driver of our US growth

Top performers will build and lead teams
Why This Role Is Different

  • You are not starting from zero – you are scaling an existing US business (~$15M)
  • You are joining at a reset moment with strong budget and incentives (SPIFs)
  • You are not managing partners – you are using them to win
  • You are not one of many – you are part of the core rebuild

This is a career-defining opportunity with real upside
Compensation & Upside

  • Competitive base + aggressive OTE (top-tier AE level)
  • Strong accelerators + high-impact SPIF structure
  • Fast promotion path → VP Sales US
  • Direct exposure to executive leadership
  • Real impact on company trajectory

If you’re top 10%, this is where you accelerate your career

About Us We are building a new category in cybersecurity:

  • Fully operated model (not just tools)
  • Strong European foundation + global ambition
  • Direct access to senior engineers (no L1/L2 layers)

$100M+ company expanding aggressively in the US

If you want: ownership, speed, upside and the chance to join at the right moment of a real rebuild - Apply!
