Why This Role is Exciting

The Partner Services Manager role will help shape and scale our partner ecosystem at a pivotal moment of growth. You’ll be hands-on designing partner enablement programs, standing up certification and Centres of Excellence, and solving real delivery challenges as partners scale across regions and modules. You’ll work directly with partners and internal teams to turn strategy into execution—testing, refining, and improving how AuditBoard enables partner success.

Key Responsibilities 

You will support the execution and delivery of AuditBoard’s partner services strategy by owning key partner relationships, enablement initiatives, and delivery outcomes.

Reporting into the Director of Partner Services, this role is designed for a high-performing individual contributor who demonstrates strong ownership and cross-functional leadership.

1.) Partner Enablement & Delivery Readiness

  • Execute structured partner enablement training plans aligned to partner maturity and AuditBoard modules

  • Continuous enablement of partners - monthly calls re new features, methodology and tooling updates

  • Support partners in building and operationalizing Centres of Excellence, driving delivery readiness and scalability

  • Track partner capability development and readiness milestones, escalating risks and gaps proactively

  • Updates to Partner U for new modules and working on the build out to Partner U

2.) Partner Account Ownership

  • Act as the day-to-day Partner Services owner for assigned partners

  • Maintain strong partner relationships focused on delivery quality, capability growth, and operational excellence

  • Support partner maturity progression toward greater delivery self-sufficiency

3.) Cross-Functional Execution

  • Work closely with Sales to ensure opportunities are partner-ready and transition smoothly into delivery

  • Recommend appropriate engagement models based on partner capability, maturity, and deal complexity

  • Collaborate across Sales, Alliances, Solutions, Services, and Product to support partner success

4.) Escalations & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage partner delivery escalations, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

  • Identify recurring delivery challenges and contribute to improvements in enablement, tooling, and operating models

  • Acting as an advisor as needed on partner implementations

5.) Leadership Readiness & Growth

  • Prepare executive-ready updates on partner performance, risks, and progress toward strategic outcomes

  • Develop expertise in partner services best practices with a growth path toward people leadership

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

  • 8+ years related experience, with a minimum of 3 years of AuditBoard Experience

  • Experience working with partners (training, escalations, monthly webinar, advisor)

  • Experience in acting as an advisor on implementation whether internal or with a partner

  • Trained in multi modules and willingness to learn modules outside current scope

  • Experience dealing with Elite and Advanced Implementations

  • Understanding of both Project Lead and TI Lead responsibilities and ability to advise on escalations that might arise for both

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort presenting to senior audiences

  • Solid technical fluency in all AuditBoard modules, audit and compliance workflows, and end-to-end implementation methodologies within enterprise environments.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and operate with autonomy while aligning to a broader strategy

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and drive improvement

  • Interest in developing leadership and management capabilities
