Ironclad is looking for a proactive, process-driven Partner Services Manager to help scale and support our Global Implementation (SI) Partner strategy and programs. Our Global Partner network is composed of major global systems integrators and recognized consulting firms, which include best in class regional service delivery and global consulting partners.

As part of the Professional Services organization, you will help ensure our partner implementation strategy is structured and managed to accommodate the fast pace of change and growth of the Ironclad business. You will be instrumental in enabling partner success, optimizing co-delivery models, managing subcontractor operations, and aligning internal teams around partner-led service delivery - all to ensure great outcomes for Ironclad customers.

This role requires a strong program builder, someone that can navigate cross-functional dynamics, and someone that can turn ambiguity into definition. You must have the ability to understand complex business needs and tailor strategies and programs to address them. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and have a bias for action.

At this time, we are only hiring for this role out of our San Francisco or New York City offices, and are not able to offer remote or other hub locations.


What you'll do:

  • Act as the liaison between partners, sales representatives, and our implementation services team. Own relationships with implementation/practice leads for Ironclad’s strategic partners.

  • Collaborate with the Partner Alliances team, Enablement team, and other cross-functional roles to manage a comprehensive implementation partner program. This will include managing certification status, delivery quality, onboarding readiness, and more.

  • Partner with Sales, Services, and Alliance teams to identify ideal partner fits for specific deals and ensure smooth process for determining best implementation strategy for a customer

  • Build, implement, and evolve frameworks for partner co-delivery and advisory models; enable Ironclad sellers and implementers to execute on these frameworks

  • Collaborate with PS leadership to resolve issues and ensure quality of partner-delivered implementations

  • Contribute to partner bootcamps and ongoing enablement by representing Professional Services and ensuring methodology, scoping, and delivery best practices are appropriately trained

  • Manage needed and available capacity with each subcontracting partner lead, ensuring adequate availability for implementation demand

  • Maintain project hygiene and data integrity for partner-led projects in internal systems (e.g. PSA tool)

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Partner Operations roles at a technology company and/or a top SI consulting firm

  • 2+ years of experience overseeing implementation partners or managing implementation teams

  • Experience with Implementation Services, Managed Services, and GSI motions are a core competency for this role

  • Effective at identifying ambiguity and taking initiative to define new processes, responsibilities, and clear/consistent approaches that span multiple Ironclad teams and partners

  • Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions

  • Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner, and comfortable in business and technical discussions

  • Ability and willingness to travel at estimate of 15%

Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $170,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
