About The Role

We are growing the Hightouch Technology Partnerships team and looking for a Partner Engineer who will help shape the CDP landscape for our partners, specifically Snowflake, Databricks, and GCP. The Hightouch Partner Engineer understands the modern CDP ecosystem and the role that Hightouch plays in enabling our customers to transform their warehouse and marketing stack. Our partners are your customers. You're responsible for delivering on all activities required to guarantee a thriving warehouse Partner Ecosystem, including product demos, hands-on enablement and training, and creation of go-to-market solutions with partner products.

What You'll Do
  • Persistent outbound to solutions engineers at Snowflake, Databricks, and GCP
  • Own the Technical side of Technology Partnerships, including:
    • Providing Hightouch enablement and hands-on labs to data warehouse field teams
    • Work with product, sales, and development teams at Hightouch and our partners to improve user experience and provide feedback for feature development
  • Develop and present impactful demos showcasing the business value of Hightouch tailored for Technology Partners & Customers at trade shows, webinars, and engagement meetings
  • Support partners developing integrations with Hightouch
  • Participate in product, sales, and partner certifications to acquire and maintain skills
What We're Looking For
  • Technical expertise, with a minimum 5 years of data warehouse and/or MarTech solutions engineering experience
  • Composable CDP experience - Familiarity with tools such as Fivetran, dbt, Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Data Cloud, Hightouch.
  • SQL and Cloud data warehouse experience - Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery are a plus
  • Able to develop compelling, tangible demo environments tailored to specific CDP use cases
  • Experience presenting data or MarTech solutions to large audiences at all levels of an organization
  • Customer-facing experience with a strong sense of empathy and relationship management
  • 25% Travel involved
Bonus If You Have
  • Experience at a SaaS company or with cloud architectures

  • Experience developing with APIs
  • Consulting or Startup experience
  • Experience building bridges between Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams, internally and externally

The salary range for this position is $160,000-$220,000 OTE (70/30 variable) USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
