Dreamscape Learn, a pioneer in the realm of immersive virtual reality learning design is seeking a customer obsessed and detailed oriented Partner Success Manager (PSM) who will be responsible for owning the end-to-end success of assigned partners, from onboarding through ongoing adoption and growth. 

This role combines execution excellence with ownership and continuous improvement, ensuring partners are not only successfully onboarded, but are realizing meaningful value from Dreamscape Learn over time. 

The PSM is a high-touch operator and relationship owner, capable of managing complexity, improving processes, and driving strong partner outcomes. 

 End-to-End Onboarding Ownership 

  • Own onboarding delivery for assigned partners: 
  • Lead kickoffs and onboarding coordination 
  • Develop and manage onboarding plans and timelines 
  • Drive partners to successful go-live 
  • Execute onboarding playbooks while attentive to partner-specific needs 
  • Provide training of immersive classroom modalities for partner stakeholders (faculty, administrators, facilitators, and support staff). 
  • Keep current and provide feedback on onboarding and training materials, including guides, playbooks, documentation, and best practices. 
  • Support internal training needs related to onboarding processes and tools. 
  • Identify risks early and proactively mitigate onboarding challenges 

Ongoing Partner Success & Relationship Management 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners 
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders 
  • Run structured engagement cadence (check-ins, milestones, success reviews) 
  • Ensure partners are successfully adopting and utilizing Dreamscape Learn solutions 

Continuous Improvement & Feedback Loop 

  • Identify gaps in onboarding and partner experience and propose improvements 
  • Contribute to the evolution of: 
  • Onboarding playbooks 
  • Partner success processes 
  • Surface recurring themes and insights to Senior PSM and cross-functional teams 

Cross-Functional Coordination & Problem Solving 

  • Partner closely with: 
  • Product & Engineering (technical requirements, integrations) 
  • Support (issue resolution, escalations) 
  • Educator Experience (pedagogical alignment) 
  • Own coordination across teams to ensure timely and effective partner outcomes 

Execution Excellence 

  • Manage partner workflows and deliverables with high attention to detail 
  • Ensure timelines, communications, and follow-ups are consistently met 
  • Support partner site visits, training, and hosted experiences 

Issue Management & Escalation 

  • Resolve standard partner issues independently 
  • Escalate complex or non-standard issues appropriately 
  • Ensure partners feel supported and heard throughout their lifecycle 

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years in customer success, account management, or program management 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and workflows simultaneously 
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through 
  • Strong communication and coordination skills 
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or complex product environments preferred 
  • Knowledge of CRM and CSM platforms helpful
