About the Role

Candid Health is seeking a Partnerships Growth Associate to help build and scale our partnership operations from the ground up. In this role, you will act as a high-leverage commercial operator—touching every part of a fast-growing function, driving outreach and nurture engines, and working closely as a chief-of-staff-style thought partner to the Head of Partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in multiplying the capacity of channel leads across investors, partners, and advisors, with a clear path toward owning a partnership channel of your own.

What you’ll be doing:
  • First 90 Days: Stand up a working sourcing and outreach engine (CRM hygiene, target lists, outbound cadence) across investors, partners, and advisors; take over logistics coordination for partner/investor events and reporting.

  • Lead Generation: Maintain a steady cadence of qualified leads and meetings sourced per channel.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage the partner materials pipeline in close coordination with Marketing.

  • Operations & Systems Hygiene: Maintain systems, documentation, and day-to-day team operations to ensure trackers and CRM tools stay organized over time.

  • Strategic Thought Partnership: Serve as a chief-of-staff-style partner to the Head of Partnerships, surfacing market feedback and signal to inform overall channel strategy.

Who you are:
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial operations.

  • Professional experience working with investor and/or advisor outreach.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail across multiple channel owners simultaneously.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes from scratch on day one.

  • Proactive and resourceful mindset with strong market signal awareness.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Success Metrics
  • Volume of qualified leads/meetings sourced per channel per month.

  • On-time delivery of partner and investor materials.

  • Event follow-up completion rate and reporting quality.

  • Long-term hygiene, accuracy, and organization of team systems (CRM, trackers, documentation).

Pay Transparency

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position will also include equity, and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
