Overview

At Oscilar, we're building the most advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform. Banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations rely on us to manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk with the power of AI. If you’re passionate about scaling strategic partnerships and driving partner-sourced revenue, this is your place.

Why Join Us?
  • Mission-driven teams: Collaborate with experts from Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent, all united by the goal of modernizing risk decisioning and fraud prevention.

  • Ownership and impact: You’ll own a key slice of Oscilar’s partner ecosystem, shaping our external presence and directly driving revenue.

  • Innovate at the cutting edge: Your work will define how partners enable modern finance to detect fraud and manage risk efficiently.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Partnerships Lead to own and scale Oscilar’s external partner ecosystem and drive partner-sourced revenue growth. This senior, externally facing individual contributor role combines deep account ownership with strategic ecosystem development across two core motions: enterprise reseller partnerships and advisory/professional services partnerships.

You will embed Oscilar into reseller GTM motions to turn signed agreements into consistent, compounding revenue across large enterprise accounts. In parallel, you will expand Oscilar’s presence in the advisory ecosystem — positioning Oscilar as the platform of choice for partner-led fraud, AML, and risk modernization initiatives. This role requires independent judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
  • Own senior, executive-level relationships across Oscilar’s top-priority partners and serve as the internal owner for all partner-related strategy.

  • Define and execute engagement models and joint business plans that drive productive partnerships and consistent partner-sourced pipeline.

  • Run QBRs and executive syncs to track performance, identify blockers, and uncover expansion opportunities.

  • Influence deal strategy in partner-led evaluations, RFPs, and transformation programs; support AEs on active deals with pricing guidance and stakeholder coaching.

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners aligned with Oscilar’s ICP across reseller and advisory channels.

  • Track partner health metrics across the portfolio: certification rates, active deal counts, pipeline velocity, and partner-sourced ARR.

  • Leverage investor and VC relationships to support portfolio introductions and strategic visibility.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Deal Desk on deal motion, enablement assets, and commercial structures.

Required Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or ecosystem GTM roles in B2B SaaS.

  • Proven track record of growing partner-sourced revenue across reseller, channel, or advisory models.

  • Strong understanding of partner economics, co-sell dynamics, and channel conflict management.

  • Ability to build and manage senior relationships across diverse partner types.

  • Strong independent judgment, able to manage ambiguity and hold scope boundaries.

  • Clear, confident communicator internally and externally at the executive level.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Direct experience working with advisory or professional services firms.

  • Background in fintech, banking, fraud, AML, payments, or risk/compliance technology.

  • Experience engaging with VC or Advisory firms on GTM motions.

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, regulated buyers, or international expansion.

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and partner management platforms.

Benefits and Other Perks
  • Compensation: Competitive salary and equity packages.

  • Health: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Balance: Unlimited PTO policy.

  • Culture: Collaborative, mission-driven team with regular events and offsites.

  • Development: Learning and professional growth opportunities.

  • Impact: Drive Oscilar’s partner ecosystem and help financial institutions modernize fraud and risk management.
