About LiveKit

LiveKit is building the infrastructure layer for the voice-driven era of computing. Our platform gives developers everything they need to build, test, deploy, scale, and observe agents in production. Founded in 2021, LiveKit powers voice AI applications for OpenAI, xAI, Salesforce, Coursera, Spotify, and thousands of others, collectively facilitating billions of calls each year.

About You

Most partnerships hires are hired for the handshake: relationships, dinners, the ability to get a room full of people to like you. We need some of that too, but if that's all you bring, this isn't the right seat. Partners are already coming to us — Google, AWS, Microsoft, Deloitte, and Accenture have all reached out in recent weeks — which means the hard part isn't getting in the room anymore. It's what you do once you're there: can you actually run the technical conversation, and can you turn interest into a partner relationship that drives real business, not just a calendar full of intros that go nowhere?

You'll thrive as a Partnerships Manager if you:

  • are obsessed with turning partner relationships into real business outcomes for LiveKit

  • are known as the go-to person for tackling tough problems

  • work hard and can build and ship fast

  • are focused on polish, detail and quality

  • are a fast learner, frequently picking up new tips, tricks, and skills

The best way to impress us is with a point of view on how you'd approach one of our real partners (GSI or ecosystem), and ideally some hands-on familiarity with what LiveKit actually does 😊

What You'll Do
  • Own and grow LiveKit's mid-tier GSI and ecosystem partnerships (think NVIDIA, model companies, and infrastructure partners), while the biggest strategic accounts stay with sales leadership

  • Act as the connective tissue between the sales team and special projects (like joint testing and go-to-market work with model companies) so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Build a repeatable partner program from close to scratch — this isn't a mature, well-documented motion yet, and you'll be defining a lot of it as you go

  • Turn partner interest into real, trackable pipeline and follow every relationship through to actual business outcomes, not just meetings booked

Who You Are
  • Experience in partnerships, alliances, or a technical business development role, ideally with GSIs or ecosystem/technology partners

  • Technical enough to be genuinely credible in a room of engineers or technical stakeholders — you don't need to write code, but you need to understand what you're partnering on

  • A track record of following through on relationships to real business outcomes, not just generating meetings

  • Comfortable operating with a lot of ambiguity — the program doesn't fully exist yet

Nice to Have
  • Existing relationships in the GSI or ecosystem partner world (Snowflake, EY, or similar partner organizations)

  • Experience partnering with AI infrastructure, model, or data companies

Our Commitment to You
  • An opportunity to build something truly impactful to the world

  • Contribute to open source alongside world-class engineers

  • Competitive salary and equity package

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits

  • Flexible vacation policy
