Own and operate the PLM & QC/QMS partner motion: recruit, enable, and prioritize integrator and consultancy partners; personally generate partner-sourced pipeline through account mapping, joint outreach, and events; resolve partner conflicts; and drive partner-sourced ARR, co-sell win rate, and time-to-first deal.

We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to drive Uncountable’s new PLM & QC / QMS partner motion. This is a hands-on, field-facing role for someone who will own partner relationships day-to-day and personally generate sourced pipeline, a builder/driver role, not a coordination role. Uncountable is an AI-powered platform for end-to-end product development, spanning R&D, formulation, quality, and PLM on a single data model, serving 175+ customers across chemicals, advanced materials, consumer goods, food and agriculture, and pharmaceuticals. We work through System Integrators, global consultancies, and implementation and managed-service providers, and recent funding is expanding our enterprise partnerships specifically in Quality and PLM environments.

Partner-sourced pipeline is one of three engines for our PLM & QC / QMS growth, alongside events and BDRs. We are building it landscape-first and ambitiously: mapping the PLM & QC / QMS integrator and consultancy ecosystem, onboarding a priority set of partners, and driving them through a staged qualification funnel to sourced revenue. This person is the operator who makes that happen in the field.

You will report directly to our Director of Partnerships, with the ideal candidate coming from a partner or vendor in the PLM or QMS ecosystem who already knows how these firms co-sell.

Responsibilities

• Own partner relationships day-to-day, recruiting, engaging, and enabling PLM & QC / QMS partners against quarterly onboarding targets, then driving them to their first sourced intros and deals.

• Personally generate pipeline by running account-mapping sessions, joint outreach, field events, and referral plays that produce sourced pipeline, not just brand alignment.

• Exercise portfolio judgment, prioritizing effort across a partner portfolio by ICP fit, co-sell willingness, and sourcing track record, deciding where to invest and where to cut.

• Handle conflict directly, navigating friction such as delivery-quality issues, attribution disputes, and competing priorities while protecting the customer and the pipeline.

• Own accountability for the metrics that matter, partner-sourced ARR, co-sell win rate, and time-to-first deal, with influenced pipeline as a secondary signal.

• Travel up to ~25% for partner meetings, events, and joint sales efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or partner-facing services, ideally in enterprise SaaS or industrial / R&D / product software.

• Direct experience in the PLM/QMS/QC LIMS ecosystem, as a partner, vendor, or someone who sold alongside them (e.g. Aras, PTC, Siemens, Dassault, Centric, Veeva, Hexagon/ETQ, Sparta, MasterControl, Cority).

• A documented track record of personally sourcing pipeline through partners, not just managing relationships or reporting on them.

• Comfortable being the field operator, first outreach to close-of-loop, in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

• Domain fluency in chemicals, materials, or life-sciences manufacturing is a strong plus given our ICP.

• US or EU based (New York or East Coast preferred); willing to travel up to ~25% for partner meetings, events, and joint sales.

Why Join Us

• Build and own one of three core engines of PLM & QC / QMS growth from the ground up, with direct visibility into revenue impact.

• Work closely with the Director of Partnerships, with scope to grow as the motion and team scale.

• Join Uncountable at a moment of recent funding and expansion, with the mandate to shape our Quality and PLM partner ecosystem.

• Build deep relationships with leading names in the PLM/QMS/QC LIMS ecosystem, including Aras, PTC, Siemens, Dassault, and others.

• Join a collaborative, high-growth team culture built around ownership and field execution.
