About Plasmidsaurus
Plasmidsaurus is on a mission to accelerate new cures and promote a healthier planet by unlocking a new level of productivity for scientists. Our sequencing services are used daily by thousands of innovators, including Nobel laureates, Fortune 100 pharma, and over 70,000 scientists.
We began by revolutionizing plasmid sequencing, making it exponentially cheaper and faster, with innovative sequencing technologies and a global network of laboratories that turn samples into answers in hours, not weeks.
Now we are expanding that same disruptive model across all of genomics. With the launch of our new RNA-seq service, we are taking a bold step toward our vision to sequence everything, providing scientists everywhere with faster, simpler, and more affordable access to the data that powers discovery.
Every team member at Plasmidsaurus plays a crucial role in driving the future of biotech research. Together, we are building the world’s most efficient sequencing engine that operates overnight, scales globally, and helps scientists make breakthroughs faster than ever before.

Overview
Plasmidsaurus is revolutionizing long-read DNA sequencing — making it faster, more accessible, and more accurate for scientists across the globe. As we rapidly expand our scientific and commercial footprint, we’re seeking a strategic, proactive, and highly collaborative Partnerships Manager to help grow and manage our ecosystem of global channel and institutional partners.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a critical role in executing our global partnerships strategy — helping to grow top-line revenue, extend market reach, and support scientific customers through aligned, trusted partners.
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic and channel partnerships: sourcing, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing management
Help develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with international and domestic partners
Drive partner engagement and performance through clear communication, training, and metrics tracking
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales to ensure alignment and support partner success
Identify new partnership opportunities — from academic institutions to global distributors
Monitor partner pipeline, forecast impact, and contribute to revenue-driving initiatives
Maintain partner materials, collateral, onboarding documentation, and enablement resources
Provide feedback to product and leadership teams based on partner insights and market signals
What We’re Looking For
7-10 years of experience in partnerships, channel management, business development, or strategic account management — ideally in biotech, life sciences, or scientific services
Scientific fluency or experience working with researchers, labs, or genomics tools is strongly preferred
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Proven ability to balance strategy and execution — you can think big and get in the weeds
Comfortable working across departments and with global partners
Highly organized, process-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
CRM and productivity tool experience (HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)
Nice to Have (but Not Required):
Familiarity with DNA sequencing technologies, plasmid workflows, or molecular biology concepts.
While deep scientific expertise is not required, curiosity and a willingness to learn the fundamentals of sequencing will set you up for success in this role.
Why Join Us
Join a fast-growing, bootstrapped biotech innovator with ~$40M in revenue and global reach
Help scale a high-impact partnership program from the ground up
Work closely with executive leadership and scientific experts
Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits
Travel opportunities to visit partners and attend global conferences
Be part of a mission-driven team that values curiosity, transparency, and science
