• This is a full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco (Presidio) - we work from the office 5 days a week.

• You must be based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate before starting.

• We require US work authorisation, but are open to O-1 or J-1 visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates.
  

We want people who walk in with enough context that onboarding takes days, not months. Specifically, if one of these is true, we want to talk:

• You raised more than $5M as a founder

• You got a product to $500k ARR or more

• You were the main person responsible for a standout product at a bigger company (think: the person the team points to when they're asked who actually shipped it)

Shape is flexible. We've hired past founders into engineering, product, and growth roles. Tell us where you're strongest and we'll build the scope around you. If you can describe the thing you'd own in your first 90 days, we can probably make it real.
