Our platform enables users to create ad creatives, UGC videos, viral content, banners, and more, as well as launch effective paid and organic campaigns across Meta channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate payment performance, including failed transactions, decline reasons, and conversion patterns.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support product, finance, and business decisions.

  • Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Build and maintain reporting tables, data models, and visualization structures that can be used across the business.

  • Ensure payment data is accurate, consistent, and presented in a clear, business-friendly format.

What You Need to Join Us:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in payment analytics, working with payment, billing, or transaction data.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

  • Practical experience with dbt.

  • Python knowledge would be a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues and identify root causes.

  • A high level of ownership and the ability to work independently in an evolving environment.

  • Clear and confident communication skills, including presenting findings, discussing ideas, and keeping stakeholders updated.

  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive approach to improving processes and analytics.

  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher, along with fluent Ukrainian for day-to-day communication with the team.

Why It’s Exciting to Work With Us:

  • Build AI-powered tools with real impact, helping over 1.5 million businesses grow, compete, and launch ads without agencies or complex marketing setups.

  • Join a strong A-level team of experienced professionals who set a high bar, share knowledge, and push each other to do better work.

  • Work remotely from anywhere, with access to our offices in Warsaw and Kyiv.

  • We take care of the essentials with paid time off, sick leave, and financial support with private entrepreneurship matters.
