  • Maintain high visibility across product timelines and dependencies, monitor and eradicate blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners.

  • Drive change management initiatives across functional partners, ensuring compliance with the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Deliver periodic business updates to a diverse set of internal stakeholders, including Product teams and executives, Technology teams, Client segment leadership, Governing bodies, and Functional partners (e.g., Legal, Risk, Controls, Compliance, Finance, and Business Management).

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience building, launching, and managing payments products with external partners.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking about data products and their impacts on business objectives to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to lead complex operational management and change readiness at scale.

  • Demonstrated ability in managing cross-functional dependencies and know-how to implement products at scale and within committed timelines.

  • Knowledge of direct exposure to the Innovation Economy and Emerging Middle Market with an in-depth understanding of the needs of companies from start-ups to advanced growth stages.

  • Strong understanding of the complexities of releasing a product in a highly complex regulatory and controls environment.
