Join our team and play a key role in supporting our Sales and Relationship Management group. As a Sales and Relationship Management Support Analyst, you'll contribute to client prospecting, marketing initiatives, and the execution of tailored solutions. As a Sales and Relationship Management Support Analyst, you will assist the team with all activities related to client management. You will support prospecting efforts through industry and company research, contribute to marketing by preparing pitching materials and client proposals, and help execute onboarding and solution implementation. You will report directly to the Treasury Services Associate.
Job Responsibilities
• Analyze, prepare, and update materials for internal presentations and track pipeline deals for the client portfolio• Operate bank platforms to obtain reliable information in a timely manner to support the banking team's daily needs• Track client requests, feedback, and demands, and develop product knowledge to suggest action plans to banking, sales, and product partners• Support the onboarding and implementation of solutions for clients• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client service• Report directly to the Treasury Services Associate
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (or in progress)• Strong analytical and research skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)• Excellent organizational and time management abilities• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment• Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving
