We are seeking a person to join our administrative team.
Ideal candidate is detail oriented, reliable, professional with a positive attitude, and ready to learn. Experience in Microsoft Publisher and Excel is required. Starting hours will be Monday – Friday, 11 am – 2 pm with growth potential.
Duties and Experience
• Front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth
• Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with courteous phone etiquette
• Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher) and other software
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Professional attire is required for this position (Suit and tie for gentleman, Skirt suit with closed toed shoes for ladies)
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
• Have good computer and typing skills. Have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Be willing to learn church software.
• Have minimum of a high school diploma. Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational and filing skills.
• Secretarial experience. Accounting experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
