Job Responsibilities:
- Own the full payroll process for your assigned clients, start to finish, accurately and on time.
- Work as an advanced user of ADP Workforce Now and/or Rippling, and of our custom Salesforce CRM.
- Process the full range of payroll administration tasks efficiently and with fine attention to detail.
- Earn client survey scores of 9 or higher by delivering dependable, high-quality service.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with your client contacts and colleagues.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with multi-client payroll and payroll technology, and comfort managing many clients at once.
- Someone who enjoys working with numbers and keeps a cool head under deadline pressure.
- A commitment to quality work and a strong drive to excel in everything you do.
- A college degree is preferred but not required.
