We're actively sourcing for a People Operations Manager for one of our portfolio companies building stablecoin payments infrastructure. This is a systems and compliance-heavy role, not a generalist HR seat.

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Role snapshot:
  • Own and scale HRIS, ATS, and people ops systems end-to-end
  • Global HR compliance across US, LATAM, EU, APAC jurisdictions
  • International and domestic payroll coordination
  • Full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between
  • Familiarity with token grants and vesting schedules is a plus
