Position Summary & Responsibilities

As we scale past 100 employees, our People function needs an operator, not just an administrator: someone who can run the full employee lifecycle end to end while we build the programs: performance, engagement, culture, that turn a growing headcount into a real team.

This is a hands-on role. You'll drive the mechanics of the People function at Logos: onboarding, benefits, compliance, HRIS, while also helping shape how we manage performance and keep people engaged as we grow.

Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding Execution
  • Onboarding: Manage and execute the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring all new hires have a structured, welcoming, and consistent integration into the company.

  • Lifecycle Management: Coordinate day-to-day employee lifecycle changes, promotions, transitions, and offboarding with administrative precision.

Benefits, Compensation & PEO Administration
  • PEO Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for our PEO to coordinate payroll, benefits, and overall system functionality.

  • Benefits & Comp Support: Handle day-to-day inquiries regarding employee benefits, compensation changes, open enrollment, and plan administration.

  • Employee Touchpoint: Serve as the first line of support for employees on daily processes, payroll, benefits, and company policies.

Performance Management & Employee Engagement
  • Performance Enablement: Support the execution of performance management processes, including review cycles, timelines, and tracking performance feedback tools.

  • Engagement Initiatives: Lead company-wide employee engagement efforts, including survey execution, gathering actionable insights, and partnering with leadership on action planning.

  • Culture Alignment: Support initiative touchpoints that reinforce company values, manager enablement, and employee development.

Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, helping resolve day-to-day employee relations inquiries and escalating complex cases as needed.

  • Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee files and audit-ready records to ensure complete alignment with federal, state, and local compliance requirements

  • HRIS Management: Take full ownership of our HRIS (Rippling), ensuring total data accuracy, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in People Operations, or related operational roles.

  • Hands-on experience managing onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously in a fast-paced or high-growth technical environment.

  • Exceptional communication, empathy, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a startup or scaling organization.

  • Experience supporting highly technical or engineering-heavy teams.

  • Direct, hands-on experience navigating Rippling or similar integrated HRIS systems.
