We’re looking for an experienced and proactive People Operations Specialist to help operate and evolve our onboarding program in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is designed for someone who demonstrates strong execution, growing functional expertise, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to onboarding program design and continuous improvement.

You will serve as the primary owner of onboarding administration while also supporting the design, iteration, and scaling of onboarding programs. You’ll partner closely with People Partners, Recruiting, IT, and Hiring Managers to deliver a seamless new hire experience and continuously improve how we bring employees into the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end onboarding administration for new hires, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a consistent, high-quality experience
  • Independently manage offer letter, background check, and new hire documentation workflows in partnership with Talent Acquisition
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with data and documentation standards
  • Lead engaging new hire orientation sessions that set a positive tone and inspire excitement about CoreWeave’s culture and mission
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related questions, resolving issues efficiently and escalating when appropriate
  • Support the design and evolution of onboarding programs by contributing operational insights, employee feedback, and data
  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or risks within onboarding workflows and recommend practical, implementable improvements
  • Track onboarding metrics and trends, flagging bottlenecks and opportunities for program or process enhancements
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related operational role
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and execute high-volume, detail-oriented processes
  • Experience supporting onboarding or employee experience program design
  • Working knowledge of core HR processes and employee lifecycle administration
  • Experience using Workday and digital tools; strong comfort learning new systems
  • Familiarity and interest in leveraging AI tools for HR operations
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to organize and interpret data
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or shared inbox workflows
  • Interest in HR analytics or process measurement
  • Exposure to agile or continuous improvement methodologies

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
