About the Role

The People Partner is a hands-on role supporting the Global Products & Technology organization. This role will work closely with business leaders and front-line managers to manage talent. By developing strong internal client relationships and providing coaching, the HRBP will help to drive HR products and services including, but not limited to, workforce planning, performance management, HR communications, HR projects, and HR analytics. This role will be required to be onsite at our San Jose, California location 2-3 days per week.

What You’ll Do
  • Serves as the HR point of contact for all Global Products & Technology leaders (Directors and Front-line Managers).
  • Meet weekly with relevant functional leaders, providing HR guidance as needed.
  • Maintains effective Performance Improvement cadence and tracking (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary escalations, etc.).
  • Work closely with leaders and employees to promote Veeam core values, improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Partner with FP&A and People Partner team to reconcile headcount and position management.
  • Partner with Total Rewards team to advance and promote pay equity initiatives.
  • Supports the function for Governance and Compliance policies and issues.
  • Act as liaison with other P&C teams (e.g., Recruiting, HR Operations, etc.).
  • Identify training needs and partner with leadership to recommend solutions.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
  • Provide change management support as needed.
  • Other responsibilities and tasks, including ad hoc administrative support, as assigned.

Compensation and Pay Transparency

Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.

Zone 1: San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Boroughs

$141,700 - $263,000 USD

Zone 2: Washington, California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area)

$129,800 - $241,100 USD

Zone 3: Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii, New York (excluding NYC boroughs); Sales roles located in Georgia, Ohio, and Arizona

$118,100 - $219,200 USD

Zone 4: All other US locations

$102,700 - $190,600 USD
