About the role

At ElevenLabs, our leads are the multiplier — the people who set the bar, grow the team, and drive the work. People Partnering exists to make them as effective as possible.

This is a senior, hands-on role at the heart of the business. You'll partner directly with leads across the company to help them get the most out of their teams — working through performance, org health, employee relations, and the day-to-day challenges that come with leading in a fast-moving environment. Equally important, you'll be the connective tissue between the business and People Programs: surfacing patterns, flagging what's working and what isn't, and feeding insight into how we build and improve our people programs over time.

The ideal person has deep HRBP experience in high-growth companies, is trusted and direct with senior stakeholders, and is energized by the messy, human side of scaling a world-class team.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior People Partner in a high-growth, fast-moving environment — comfortable operating with autonomy and minimal process

  • Credible and direct with strong, opinionated leaders; able to challenge, coach, and support in equal measure

  • Sharp instincts on team health, performance, and org dynamics — able to spot themes early and translate them into actionable insight

  • Strong employee relations experience, including navigating complex or sensitive situations with good judgment

  • Experience partnering globally across functions and time zones
