Job Description

Desired skills and responsibilities:

  • to be part of PeopleSoft GL consolidation testing team.
  • Min of 3 year experience PeopleSoft GL in a large, distributed user environment.
  • Previous experience with Hyperion DRM a plus
  • In-depth understanding of general accounting principles and GL management
  • Perform software quality reviews of functional requirements, logical designs, and detailed physical designs.
  • Contribute to testing strategy, planning, execution, maintenance, and results.
  • Adhere to best practices with configuration and change management of software components.
  • Software Quality Assurance and Software Testing experience which includes PeopleSoft, Hyperion, and associated tools

· Minimum of 8-10 years of experience providing Software QA and Testing services.

· Experience working with business staff, onsite/offshore teams.

· Knowledge of HP ALM 11.x or higher version.

· Ability to write and execute simple SQL queries

· Experience with various SDLC processes and how various QA activities and quality-centered best practices fit into such product development life cycles.

· Experience in waterfall and agile methodology preferred.

· Excellent communication skills.
