This position is for a PeopleSoft QA Analyst with expertise in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for large-scale ERP implementations. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring the quality of the system by developing test strategies, managing UAT processes, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • UAT Planning and Coordination:

    • Develop comprehensive UAT strategies and plans aligned with project goals.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.

    • Coordinate test data preparation to ensure availability and accuracy for UAT execution.

  • Test Execution:

    • Lead UAT sessions by guiding end-users through test scenarios based on business requirements.

    • Execute manual test cases across various PeopleSoft modules such as GL, AP, AR, PO, or KK.

    • Monitor defect tracking processes by logging issues in tools like JIRA or HP ALM.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Develop test plans, scripts, and traceability matrices from functional specifications.

    • Validate workflows, roles, routings, and email notifications within modules like AWE Workflow.

    • Conduct regression testing post-defect resolution to ensure system stability.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Train end-users on UAT processes including defect reporting and resolution workflows.

    • Act as a liaison between developers and business users to resolve issues promptly.

    • Provide regular status updates on UAT progress to project leadership teams.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading UAT efforts for large-scale ERP implementations such as PeopleSoft Financials or HCM.

  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies including SIT/UAT planning and execution.

  • Hands-on experience with modules like GL, AP, AR, PO, or KK in version 9.2.

  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA or HP ALM for defect tracking.

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Florida’s financial systems such as FLAIR or similar public sector ERP environments.

  • Experience developing automated test scripts using tools like QTP or Selenium is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills to train end-users effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Certifications in Quality Assurance or Testing Methodologies are preferred.
