This is a fully in-person role; we do not offer remote or hybrid options.
What You’ll Do
Own LinkedIn Ads end-to-end, including audience strategy, creative testing, bidding, pacing, and optimization
Build and execute account-based marketing plays for named account lists (Zendesk / Intercom users, mid-market and enterprise SaaS)
Launch and scale paid amplification for webinars, thought leadership, UGC, and ABM campaigns
Manage retargeting and mid-funnel nurture for high-intent accounts across LinkedIn
Track and report weekly on demo volume, pipeline contribution, CAC, and segment mix
Partner closely with sales on signal-driven follow-up and lead quality
What We’re Looking For
3+ years managing B2B SaaS LinkedIn campaigns with experience rapidly scaling performance (3-5x growth within 12 months)
Experience running enterprise ABM or named-account campaigns
Proficiency in mid-funnel optimization including retargeting, audience building, frequency control, and creative rotation
Strong analytical skills - data-driven and detail-oriented
Excellent written communication skills
Prior experience at an ads agency or as a freelancer is a plus
