We're looking for a highly intelligent, detail-oriented Performance Marketing Associate to help oversee day-to-day campaign operations, reporting, client communications, and performance marketing execution across our client portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and working across multiple areas of digital marketing rather than focusing exclusively on a single channel or platform.
As a key member of our client services team, you'll help coordinate the many moving pieces that drive successful performance marketing programs—ensuring campaigns run smoothly, reporting is accurate, client requests are addressed promptly, and internal teams stay aligned. This support enables senior leaders to focus on strategic growth initiatives, business development, and executive client relationships.
You'll work closely with a dedicated team that includes an Account Director, Ad Operations Manager, Programmatic Media Buyer, Paid Social Buyer, and Paid Search Buyer. In this role, you'll provide hands-on platform support, reporting and data analysis, client-facing assistance, campaign troubleshooting, and cross-channel coordination, while also serving as a backup resource and U.S.-based coverage point for our Ad Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with campaign management across paid search, paid social, and programmatic platforms.
Build, maintain, and analyze performance reports and dashboards.
Support tracking implementation, QA, and troubleshooting across websites and marketing platforms.
Help coordinate client deliverables, project management tasks, and internal workflows.
Prepare insights, performance summaries, and presentation materials.
Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
Attend client and internal meetings, take notes, and occasionally represent the team.
Research new marketing tools, AI solutions, and industry trends.
Requirements
Experience with digital marketing, paid media, analytics, or related fields.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
3-4 + years of experience with paid search and paid social platforms.
Understanding of reporting, tracking, attribution, and marketing measurement fundamentals.
Fluent with the latest AI tools and eager to leverage technology to improve efficiency.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good design judgment and an eye for clean, professional presentations and creative assets.
Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to learn and grow within the performance marketing industry.
Nice to Have
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and website analytics.
Experience using AI tools for research, reporting, content creation, or workflow automation.
What We're Looking For
More than platform expertise, we're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, tech-savvy, and eager to learn. If you're comfortable working with data, enjoy figuring things out, and can help bring structure to a fast-moving environment, you'll be a great fit.
We can teach platforms and processes—the most important qualities are intelligence, initiative, adaptability, and a genuine interest in the future of marketing and technology.
