Before we get started:
Here at Ingenio, we'd love to talk with you regardless of your qualifications or years of experience. If you believe you’d be a great fit for this role, we invite you to apply even if you do not meet all points on the job description.

Who we are:
Ingenio is on a mission to make spiritual wellness a core part of modern self-care. We are a global media and technology company developing products that provide guidance on love, relationships, careers, and all aspects of life. We are passionate about connecting people with the world’s best advisors and content to restore spiritual wellness to its rightful place, easing the stress of modern life with trusted ancient practices.

Our global portfolio spans over 20 marketplace and media brands in the spiritual and emotional wellness space. Our flagship brands include Keen, Horoscope.com, Astrology.com, Purple Garden, Kasamba, and Kang.

How you’ll be impactful:
As the Performance Marketing Manager (Attribution & MarTech) for Keen, you will sit at the intersection of media buying, marketing technology, and attribution. Working closely with our Director of Performance Marketing, you will be highly impactful by owning the tracking, tagging, and measurement infrastructure that powers our Paid Social and Search campaigns, while acting as the bridge between our data engineering and analytics teams. By blending a technical mindset with a sharp eye for data integrity, you will ensure every dollar of spend is measured accurately, directly scaling Keen’s market leadership and helping more users find the guidance they need.

Please note: This role will require being in our SF office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own Marketing Technology & Tracking Infrastructure: Serve as the primary owner of our tracking stack—managing web pixels, Google Tag Manager, server-side Conversion APIs (CAPI), and Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer/Adjust). Ensure the technical hygiene, accuracy, and completeness of event and conversion data across every channel.
  • Lead Attribution Modeling & Measurement Strategy: Act as the in-house expert on multi-touch attribution, media-mix modeling, and incrementality testing. Evaluate and refine attribution methodologies to accurately credit spend across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, and Apple Search Ads, and continuously reconcile platform-reported results against ground-truth data.
  • Manage Paid Social Execution: Handle the day-to-day setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads, using clean attribution data to guide budget allocation and maximize acquisition efficiency.
  • Partner with Data Engineering & Analytics: Act as the marketing liaison to our Data Engineering and Analytics teams. Collaborate on building and maintaining robust data feeds and pipelines between our marketing platforms, data warehouse, and internal reporting tools, ensuring attribution and performance data stays consistent end to end.
  • Run Rigorous Measurement Tests: Foster a culture of "test and learn" by designing incrementality and holdout tests, geo experiments, and A/B tests across creative, audiences, and landing pages - using the results to validate attribution models and systematically improve CAC.
  • Support Creative & Landing Page Performance: Partner with designers and copywriters on the post-click experience, using attribution and conversion data to inform creative briefs and landing page optimizations. Build and maintain performance dashboards that track daily/weekly attribution accuracy, conversion rates, and overall channel health.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or marketing analytics, with direct ownership of tracking, tagging, or attribution for a high-volume B2C marketplace, mobile app, or e-commerce environment.
  • Attribution & Measurement Expertise: A proven track record working with multi-touch attribution, media-mix modeling, or incrementality testing. You understand the trade-offs between platform-reported, MMP, and server-side data, and know how to reconcile discrepancies between them.
  • MarTech Savvy: Deep technical comfort with marketing infrastructure—including web pixels, Google Tag Manager and server-side tagging, Conversion APIs (CAPI), Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer or Adjust, and how marketing data flows into a data warehouse or BI tool.
  • Analytical Rigor: You love data and are highly comfortable manipulating metrics in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or a BI/dashboarding tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a strong plus for digging into attribution and performance trends.
  • AI-Forward Mindset: You actively utilize AI tools to streamline campaign workflows, brainstorm ad hooks, generate asset variations, or speed up performance data analysis.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Opportunity to work alongside a friendly, talented, and highly collaborative team
  • Premium medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous holiday and PTO policies (including Birthday PTO!)
  • Summer Fridays
  • Technology stipend
  • 401k matching program
  • Lunch
  • Wellness allowance
  • Training and development opportunities and allowance
  • Fun and inclusive in-person and virtual events
