About Wispr

Wispr Flow is making it as effortless to interact with your devices as talking to a close friend. Voice is the most natural, powerful way to communicate — and we’re building the interfaces to make that a reality.

Today, Wispr Flow is the first voice dictation platform people use more than their keyboards — because it understands you perfectly on the first try. It’s context-aware, personalized, and works anywhere you can type, on desktop or phone.

Dictation is just our first act. We’re building the interaction layer for your computer — a system that’s capable, understands you, and earns your trust. It will start by writing for you, then move to taking actions, and ultimately anticipate your needs before you ask.

We’re a team of AI researchers, designers, growth experts, and engineers rethinking human-computer interaction from the ground up. We value high-agency teammates who communicate openly, obsess over users, and sweat the details. We thrive on spirited debate, truth-seeking, and real-world impact.

This year, we've grown our revenue 50% month-over-month and with our latest $30M Series A, this is just the beginning.

The Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Growth team and scale Wispr Flow’s user acquisition across web, desktop, and mobile.

You’ll own day-to-day execution of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, CTV, Reddit, and emerging platforms, focusing on performance, experimentation, and creative iteration. You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth to develop testing frameworks, uncover new growth channels, and optimize every dollar of spend toward installs, downloads, and activations.

This role blends media buying, analytics, and creative strategy - and requires someone who’s as comfortable writing hypotheses as they are interpreting attribution data.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all paid acquisition channels - Meta, Google, Apple, YouTube, CTV, Reddit, and new experiments.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns for both iOS app installs and desktop downloads (Mac & Windows).

  • Develop and maintain structured creative testing frameworks to identify high-performing hooks, angles, and messaging themes.

  • Work cross-functionally with creative and data teams to build ads that blend performance insights with Flow’s brand voice.

  • Build, monitor, and improve tracking and attribution models (GA4, PostHog, AppsFlyer, Dub.co) to connect spend → installs → activation → MRR.

  • Identify opportunities for incremental growth loops through affiliates, creators, newsletters, and sponsorship partnerships.

  • Maintain a constant cadence of experiments – from copy tests to funnel improvements – documenting learnings and applying them systematically.

  • Report weekly performance metrics, learnings, and recommendations directly to the Head of Growth.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing paid performance campaigns for SaaS or mobile apps, ideally in a product-led growth environment.

  • Proven ability to manage and scale six-figure budgets across Meta and Google, optimizing toward ROAS, CAC, and activation goals.

  • Strong understanding of attribution, event tracking, and incrementality in cross-platform ecosystems.

  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like GA4, PostHog, or Looker Studio and a working knowledge of SQL or data visualization.

  • Deep creative intuition, you know what makes ads work and how to brief, test, and iterate with editors and designers.

  • Bias toward speed and experimentation you love building systems that learn fast and compound over time.

  • Strong communication and documentation habits. You love turning raw data into clear stories.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with affiliate, newsletter or sponsorship marketing, integrating partners into paid frameworks.

  • Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer).

  • Prior exposure to AI, productivity, or developer tools.

  • Experience using Customer.io, Dub.co, or Attio for lifecycle and attribution alignment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Efficient CAC and scalable install growth across web + mobile.

  • Documented creative testing cadence and insights library.

  • Consistent improvement in paid-to-activation conversion rates.

  • Clean, reliable attribution across all acquisition channels.

  • Visible collaboration with the creative and lifecycle teams to ship new campaigns every week.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

You’ll help shape the growth engine of one of the most exciting AI products in the world. You’ll join a small, fast team that moves quickly, experiments relentlessly, and treats every campaign as an opportunity to uncover new growth.
