Perquisites Experience Specialist

Position Overview

The Perquisites Experience Specialist is responsible for managing, coordinating, and documenting all activities related to organizational perquisites, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements. This role serves as the central point of contact for perquisition requests, maintaining accurate records, supporting process improvements, and ensuring timely resolution of administrative and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Coordination

• Manage and oversee all perquisition requests from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Serve as the main liaison between internal departments, external vendors, and regulatory bodies regarding perquisition-related matters.

• Maintain organized records, databases, and documentation of perquisitions for compliance and audit readiness.
   

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all perquisition activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company procedures and policies.

• Monitor and enforce internal approval workflows and authorization levels.

• Support internal audits and external regulatory inspections by preparing and presenting required documentation.
   

Process Optimization

• Identify and recommend improvements to streamline perquisition processes.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate regular reports and dashboards on perquisition status, timelines, and compliance metrics.

• Track and analyze trends to support decision-making and resource allocation.

• Escalate risks or bottlenecks to management in a timely manner.
   

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

• 2–4 years of experience in administration, procurement, compliance, or records management (experience in highly regulated industries preferred).
   

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with ERP/procurement and HRIS systems.
  Knowledge of compliance standards, auditing procedures, and risk management principles.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently under tight deadlines, while still providing the highest quality employee experience
