Position Description: Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts. Translates detailed design into computer software. Supports testing, debugging, and refining the computer software to produce the required product. Helps prepare both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
Experience Level: 6-10 Years. Skill Set: Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the position. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
Pharmacy Data Analyst / programming and support Under general supervision, this position exists to assist the iACT data analytics team to create and support work plan and ad hoc analytics.
This person will also perform analysis on the data and create reports as needed and will be a key contributor on assigned projects working proactively and with minimal guidance. Candidate must have expert knowledge pharmacy operations including knowledge of drugs, classes, applicable regulations and usage.
Programming experience in SQL and use of Tableau is a required. Additional knowledge of EPIC EMR or Clarity reporting is also a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assists Pharmacy Lead analyst by creating and validating reports, affirm scenarios, designs analytic approaches to problem solving. Operationalize existing analytics. Completes documentation on all assigned projects including documentation on business rules, processes and the programming logic

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Programming, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent.
- Excellent level of programming in either T-SQL or PL SQL – must have in-depth experience in writing complex query structure and general knowledge of database management for Oracle or Microsoft SQL, Oracle is preferred.
- Data mining skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools – Business Objects or Cognos preferred.
- Experience with visualization tools - Tableau
- Strong ability to apply analytic and critical thinking skills, writing skills, communication skills, consulting skills, and ability to work within a team. Must be an independent self-starter.
