Role Overview

We are seeking a Pigment Software Administrator & Functional Consultant to support and enhance enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management capabilities using Pigment.

This role bridges Finance, Revenue Operations, and Technology, ensuring Pigment is configured, governed, and optimized to support strategic planning, forecasting accuracy, and executive decision‑making. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on Pigment expertise combined with deep functional understanding of FP&A, revenue modeling, and business performance management.

You will partner closely with Finance leadership, RevOps, and systems teams to translate planning requirements into scalable Pigment models and ensure the platform remains reliable, accurate, and easy to adopt.

Key Responsibilities
Pigment Platform Administration
  • Administer and maintain the Pigment platform, including:
    • User access, roles, and permissions
    • Data model configuration and maintenance
    • Security and governance controls
  • Manage environments, releases, and production changes following best practices
  • Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and uptime expectations are met
Functional Consulting & Solution Design
  • Partner with Finance, FP&A, and Revenue teams to understand planning and forecasting needs
  • Design and optimize Pigment models supporting:
    • Annual and quarterly planning
    • Revenue and ARR forecasting
    • Headcount and expense modeling
    • Variance analysis and scenario planning
  • Translate business requirements into clear Pigment configurations, formulas, and workflows
Data Integration & Automation
  • Support integration of Pigment with upstream and downstream systems such as:
    • ERP and financial systems
    • CRM and revenue systems
    • Data warehouses and BI tools
  • Validate data pipelines, transformations, and refresh schedules
  • Ensure alignment across actuals, forecasts, and plans
Stakeholder Enablement & Governance
  • Act as the functional Pigment subject‑matter expert for business users
  • Facilitate working sessions, training, and adoption support
  • Create and maintain documentation including:
    • Model design documentation
    • User guides and planning workflows
    • Data definitions and assumptions
  • Support auditability, traceability, and internal controls around planning data


Requirements
Qualifications
Required
  • 3–6+ years of hands‑on experience with Pigment
  • Strong functional background in:
    • FP&A
    • Financial forecasting and planning
    • Revenue and performance management
  • Experience translating business requirements into Pigment models and configurations
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and planning methodologies
  • Proven ability to work directly with Finance stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription‑based business models
  • Exposure to Revenue Operations or sales forecasting
  • Experience integrating Pigment with ERP or CRM systems
  • Background in financial systems administration or analytics platforms
