EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years of production control experience in handling production project, organizing
and controlling the new product introduction activities.
Experience in Purchasing and Warehouse will be a plus.
SKILLS: Academic / functional skills needed to perform assigned tasks.
Communication / Mediating skills.

- Plan production scheduling based on forecast, material status, production turn-around time, and customer requirements.
- Conduct production and shipment analysis and prepare reports on daily shipment revenue and monthly forecast on Capacity vs. Demand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for organizing and managing the production and shipment to align with customers’ requirement by generating the production schedule.
- Provide the work order and production and shipment schedules for production and ensure that production plans are executed timely and accurately.
- Update material status and order priorities.
- Share decision making with Production Manager/Supervisor based on material status and order priorities.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate and expedite material issue to the production floor.
- Ensure effective inventory/material transaction management through work order.
- Address material shortage, backlogs, or other potential schedule interruptions that may impact production schedule.
- Interface regularly with Purchasing, Program Management, Material, Production, Receiving and Shipping teams.
