What You'll Do

 

The Platform Launch Manager position exists to ensure that our technology, products and services reach their full financial potential!

 

Focused on Equipment within the Institutional (hotel, hospital, restaurants) markets this role is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record in product launches or equivalent project management experience.

 

Critical activities include launch project selection, launch team management and execution, strategic plan formulation, and management interface.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Selection: Participate in evaluating and selecting launch projects to align with financial and strategic goals.
  • Team Leadership: Assemble and guide cross-functional launch teams with the resources needed to achieve success.
  • Launch Package Development: Oversee the creation of comprehensive sales training, marketing materials, and equipment readiness to support market entry.
  • Market Launch Execution: Guide the team in market introduction, adapt strategies to counter competition, identify secondary markets, and plan for ongoing growth and product refreshment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business management to address supply chain challenges and collaborate with R&D to ensure quality and innovation.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Documented success in a launch or equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience in the Institutional or related industry is preferred.

Pay Range

  • The annual base salary range for this position $150,000 - $170,000 varying by candidate location and other factors. Salary offers consider role scope, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $142,240.00 and $208,615.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
