  • Training & Adoption: Deliver training and provide ongoing support to promote system adoption, user engagement, and long-term usability across teams.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on platform capabilities, system architecture, integration strategies, and emerging technologies relevant to PMO operations.
  • Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure consistency, integrity, and compliance across systems and reporting structures.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with PMO leadership to ensure system development aligns with broader operational goals, strategic priorities, and Telix’s mission to deliver precision medicine.

Education and Experience:

  • 7+ years professional experience with at least 3-5 years in system architecture, data governance and/or enterprise data management
  • Experience designing or integrating cross-functional systems that support data/reporting needs across departments or sites.

  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, automation, and system optimization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data integrity, usability and scalability.
  • Experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical/biotech data management practices is a plus but not required.

Key Capabilities:

  • Enterprise Systems Thinking: Ability to design and connect systems that scale across functions, and business needs.
  • Solution-Oriented Mindset: Applies structured thinking to turn complex challenges into sustainable, user-friendly tools.
  • Data Stewardship: Champions data quality, governance, and responsible use across platforms and teams.
