Podcast Executive Booking Producer
Location: Tiburon, CA (In-Office / In-Person for Studio Coordination)
Position Type: Full-Time
Comp Structure: Competitive Base Salary + High-Upside Performance Incentives per "Whale-Tier" Guest Secured
About the Show & Mission
We are building the definitive digital repository for peak human performance. This is not a casual lifestyle podcast or a generic business-coaching show; it is an elite, high-production laboratory of ideas mapping directly to an upcoming master literary work, The Pathway to Peak Performance Manifesto (launching February 1, 2027).
Operating out of a state-of-the-art studio in Tiburon, California, our content sits at the absolute intersection of Human Hardware (advanced cellular longevity, regenerative medicine, peptide science) and Human Software (extreme mental fortitude, tactical chaos management, elite creative execution). Our current roster includes co-discoverers of HIV, Stanford stem cell pioneers, Navy SEAL commanders, and enterprise tech founders.
We are accelerating our programming to a high-velocity 2x/week cadence. To fuel this engine, we are hiring a relentless, highly sophisticated Executive Booking Producer whose sole mandate is to hunt, pitch, and secure local global icons, cultural titans, and world-class clinical disruptors.
Role Overview
You are not an administrative coordinator; you are a strategic salesperson, a media hunter, and a brand diplomat. Your primary objective is to get past the gatekeepers (agents, publicists, chiefs of staff, executive assistants) of the world's most fiercely guarded individuals and successfully sell them on why sitting down in our Tiburon studio is an undeniable, peer-level executive play.
You will own the entire outreach lifecycle: from deep-dive target research and copywriting hyper-personalized, high-converting copy, to closing the booking and managing the high-touch onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Stakes Strategic Outreach & "The Sale"
- Gatekeeper Navigation: Defeat the automated filters of A-list talent agencies (CAA, WME, UTA), elite medical institutions (UCSF, Stanford), and corporate tech suites to reach decision-makers.
- The Peer-Level Pitch: Frame the show not as an "interview request," but as an exclusive, high-value exchange of ideas among high-achieving peers. You will pitch the intellectual caliber of the channel, using our existing elite library as your core leverage.
- Objection Handling: Confidently navigate pushback regarding timing, privacy, or brand alignment, ensuring the target understands the unique, non-monetized, legacy-focused nature of our platform.
2. Sniper-Precision Target Research
- Bespoke Angle Development: Abandon mass-email templates. You will deeply research every target (their books, recent investments, personal philosophies, underlying drivers) to uncover the exact curiosity gap that makes our invitation irresistible to them.
- Pipeline Management: Source and systematically track our target verticals, ensuring a continuous, active pipeline for our distinct weekly programming tracks:
- Tuesdays (Hardware): World-class regenerative surgeons, FDA brief presenters, and aging-research institute CEOs.
- Thursdays (Software): Local Marin/Bay Area icons across Music, Tech, Film, and Venture Capital (e.g., tech design pioneers, stadium-touring artists, championship sports architects).
3. VIP Guest Onboarding & Studio Coordination
White-Glove Hospitality: Serve as the primary, high-touch liaison for the guest and their team from the moment they say "yes" until the cameras roll in Tiburon.
Pre-Interview Architecture: Coordinate with the host and production team to deliver comprehensive, highly curated prep briefs, ensuring the conversation bypasses generic talking points and hits deep, tactical substance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Booking or High-Tier Sales Background: 3–5+ years of experience in talent booking for top-tier media networks, corporate development, luxury enterprise sales, or high-level public relations/talent management.
- Unshakable Professional Confidence: You are entirely unfazed by wealth, fame, or institutional power. You speak to billionaires, celebrity operators, and legendary scientists as absolute peers.
- Elite Copywriting & Communication Skills: You write crisp, compelling, psychological copy that commands attention in a crowded inbox. Your verbal pitching skills are precise, articulate, and fiercely professional.
- Strategic Intellectual Curiosity: You possess the cognitive bandwidth to understand complex, advanced topics—ranging from cellular longevity protocols and peptide reclassification to AI infrastructure and venture architecture—allowing you to speak the language of our guests fluently.
- Proactive Execution Matrix: You operate with zero friction. You don't wait for introductions; you map out the network nodes, find the entry points, and break down doors to secure the asset.
Compensation, Perks & Culture
- Competitive base salary matching your experience level.
- Uncapped, aggressive bonus structure paid out immediately upon a "Whale-Tier" guest sitting in the studio chair.
- Access to a world-class workspace in Tiburon, CA, equipped with cutting-edge media infrastructure.
- Direct collaboration with an enterprise AI founder and an elite production team moving at absolute startup velocity.
