Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $82,400.00 - $113,300.00
Preferred Primary Location: NY office

- Independently own net-new OncoEMR sales opportunities for smaller community oncology practices, managing the full cycle from initial discovery through contract execution
- Conduct discovery calls, coordinate product demos, and collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Design, Implementation, and Interfaces teams to support a smooth path to close
- Support the Director of Sales in advancing larger, more complex community oncology and multi-specialty/urology opportunities, including prospect research, multi-stakeholder demo coordination, and follow-up communications
- Drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth by identifying and engaging new OncoEMR prospects, and by triaging inbound interest submissions
- Stay informed on community oncology and urology market trends and competitive landscape
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date opportunity and pipeline data in Salesforce, including deal plans, stage guidance, and next steps, to support monthly sales reporting
- Partner with the Director of Sales and BizOps to build and continuously improve the HC Sales Playbook, capturing messaging, objection handling, and learnings from active deals
- Serve as a first point of contact for inbound partner inquiries to the Flatiron Vendor Network (FVN), assessing fit and routing qualified vendors through the appropriate next steps
- Lead introductory discovery calls with prospective FVN partners, evaluate fit against program criteria, and provide clear recommendations on next steps
- Help develop and maintain internal FVN process documentation, intake materials, and vendor tracking resources

- You have 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, consulting, or a related client-facing role
- You have a B.A. or B.S. or the equivalent relevant industry experience
- You have prior experience in healthcare, health tech, or a related industry, and you're motivated by the opportunity to apply that experience to Flatiron's mission of improving cancer care
- You have hands-on experience using Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and maintain accurate deal data
- You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your pipeline and proactively drives deals and partnerships forward with minimal oversight
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deals, prospects, and priorities simultaneously without letting details fall through the cracks
- You have high emotional intelligence and personability, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders alike
- You have a strategic, market-savvy approach to identifying opportunities and understanding what drives value for prospective customers and partners. You are able to identify key decision-makers and develop sales strategies, not just manage transactions.
- You are a natural cross-collaborator, comfortable working closely with Solution Design, Implementation, Interfaces, Marketing, Legal, and BizOps to move deals and initiatives forward
- You are goal-oriented and motivated by measurable outcomes, with a track record of progressing toward (or exceeding) targets
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and are excited to help shape and scale sales infrastructure (playbooks, process, tooling) as Flatiron expands into new markets
- You are passionate about our mission to improve healthcare through technology and to improve cancer treatment and accelerate research
Extra credit
- You have prior experience working in or selling into the community oncology or similar ambulatory care centers
- You have familiarity with EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems, ideally OncoEMR or a comparable oncology-specific platform
