The Portfolio Management/Analytics role supports the planning, tracking, and evaluation of financial or project portfolios. The position involves analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and helping leadership make informed decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and presenting insights clearly.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports for management.
    •    Analyze financial, operational, or project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
    •    Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio planning activities.
    •    Maintain accurate and organized portfolio records, dashboards, and tracking tools.
    •    Perform variance analysis to compare actual results with targets or expectations.
    •    Provide data-driven recommendations to improve portfolio outcomes.
    •    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure data accuracy.
    •    Support the development of new analytics tools, performance metrics, and reporting methods.

Requirements
    •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    •    Ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, or basic analytics tools.
    •    Excellent attention to detail and organization.
    •    Good communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
    •    Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
    •    Basic understanding of portfolio concepts (finance, projects, or operations) is helpful but not required.
