Manage post-listing research, incident response, and operations for listed tokens. Conduct quantitative and qualitative token reviews, identify and mitigate risks, onboard listings, liaise with projects, and improve SOPs. Produce concise risk reports and support major incidents.

Responsibilities
- Incident Handling
- Support projects during major incidents (e.g. hacking/security incidents, collapse of CEX, etc)
- Identify root cause and assess impact of incident on Binance and Projects
- Work with internal BUs and external project to minimize impact
- Research and Risk Management
- Conduct review on performance of listed tokens
- Understand quantitative and qualitative metrics use in reviewing tokens – e.g. product adoption metrics, on-chain metrics, project development, community sentiments, etc
- Identify risks associated with tokens
- Recommend and implement measures on based on risks associated with token
- Evaluate requests from listed projects (rebrand, mainnet integration, swap, etc)
- Write concise reports on risks identified, requests and incidents
- Drive initiatives to improve risk detection and risk mitigation
- Operations
- Onboard new listings (e.g. gather key info, prepare for trading)
- Liaise with all parties to facilitate operational requests by listed tokens (e.g. airdrop, cross chain swap, old to new swap, etc)
- Optimize process/SOP
Requirements
- 5-9 years of proven success (research or consulting experience is relevant)
- Critical thinker and able to grasp key principles & identify root causes
- Analytical and structured
- Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation
- Good crypto knowledge
- Driven, self-starter and able to evaluate risks and rewards of different decisions
