TrueTandem is seeking a Power Platform Developer to create and maintain robust, responsive, and scalable applications within a Federal environment. This role involves hands-on Power Platform development of canvas apps that streamline and automate organizational business processes. The candidate will develop application Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate and iteratively build on their business value and functionality. The developer should be able to create Canvas Apps from scratch or using data from an existing data source. This includes understanding the user interface, controls, and screen navigation for forms and views.
This position requires experience and passion for coding, and a strong desire to solve our customers’ unique technology challenges.
Required Skills:
3–5 years in the Federal environment developing robust, responsive, and scalable Power Platform apps (model driven, canvas) leveraging multiple data sources
Automating business processes using Agile requirements, functional requirements, wireframes, etc.
Experience building robust Power Automate Process Flows
Develop proof of concepts to test use cases and prototype solutions for end-users
Experience with Data Gateways and connectors and building custom connectors
Experience working with data sources including Dataverse
Experience working with SharePoint online document libraries and linkage with apps/Dataverse
Participate in the Scrum ceremonies and design artifacts to effectively convey requirements and demo to both client stakeholders and development teams
Work with customers and end-users to confirm developed solutions meet requirements
Ability to work independently as a self-starter within a team environment
Desired Certifications:
Microsoft 365 certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate, PL900
Security Clearance:
Personnel filling this requirement/position must be US citizen and have an active Public Trust Clearance
