* About the Role
* The Practice VP, AWS Sales, is a key member of Mission's leadership team. As part of CDW, Mission continues its focus as an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, enabling organizations to transform through migration, modernization, managed services, DevOps, security, and AI-driven solutions. You will own the end-to-end revenue lifecycle spanning sales, channel alliances, go-to-market strategy, and integration with customer success. This role ensures all revenue functions are aligned to maximize growth, strengthen AWS and channel partnerships, and deliver long-term value to customers. You will drive alignment, focus and collaboration across AWS' and CDW's sales segments and key leaders. This role is 100% remote.
* Responsibilities
* Define and execute Mission's Sales strategy.
* Drive predictable revenue growth through pipeline development, bookings, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
* Deepen executive-level relationships with AWS, ensuring strong field alignment, joint programs, and co-sell momentum.
* Strengthen partnership with CDW go-to-market teams, positioning Mission's AWS practice across CDW sales geographies and segments.
* Lead and develop a distributed team of sales and revenue leaders, instilling a culture of accountability, performance, and customer-first focus.
* Oversee strategic negotiations with customers and partners, ensuring favorable outcomes and long-term partnerships.
* Provide the executive team with clear visibility into performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
* Requirements
* Proven track record in senior revenue leadership roles in cloud consulting, technology services, or AWS ecosystem organizations.
* Deep knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, including co-sell motions, funding programs, and partner strategy.
* Demonstrated success aligning sales, alliances, and customer success functions to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
* Strong executive presence with the ability to influence internally at CDW and externally with customers and AWS.
* Experience scaling revenue organizations during phases of rapid growth and integration.
* Track record of selling and expanding complex, multi-service consulting engagements (migration, modernization, managed services, AI/ML).
* Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
* Ability to travel up to 50%.
