The summary above was generated by AI

Action1 is an autonomous endpoint management platform trusted by many Fortune 500 companies. Cloud-native, infinitely scalable, highly secure, and configurable in 5 minutes—it just works and is always free for the first 200 endpoints, with no functional limits. By pioneering autonomous OS and third-party patching with peer-to-peer patch distribution and real-time vulnerability assessment without needing a VPN, it eliminates routine labor, preempts ransomware and security risks, and protects the digital employee experience.

In 2025, Action1 was recognized by Inc. 5000 as the fastest-growing private software company in America. The company is founder-led by Alex Vovk and Mike Walters, American entrepreneurs who previously founded Netwrix, a multi-billion-dollar cybersecurity company.

Action1 is hiring a technically curious, customer-focused Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team by qualifying inbound opportunities, guiding proofs-of-concept, and helping IT buyers understand how our platform solves real-world endpoint and patching challenges.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical foundation in IT, cybersecurity, or endpoint management who enjoys working closely with customers and translating complex requirements into clear, practical solutions. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment, confident explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and organized in how you track activity and outcomes using tools like Salesforce.

  • Drive deals to closure through pre-sales support and technical account management.
  • Conduct technical qualification of prospects by thoroughly understanding their business and technical needs.
  • Deliver client-specific product demonstrations.
  • Support our sales team and customers primarily in the US.

Requirements

System administration experience is essential (you will assist other IT admins in identifying Action1 as the preferred patching solution).

  • 1-3 years of B2B pre-sales experience is a plus.
  • A deep understanding of IT administration and security principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strong interest in information technology and systems administration.

Benefits
  • A multitude of interesting challenges and opportunities.
  • Non-stop professional growth and learning of new technologies.
  • Stable income and flexible working hours, opportunities for promotion.
  • Friendly and professional peers.
