First Entertainment Credit Union is seeking a Premier Relationship Manager to lead the A‑List Premier Banking program. This Premier Relationship Manager will drive strategy, performance, and portfolio growth while delivering an exceptional, concierge-level experience.
 
As the Manger of the Premier Banking function, you will manage and deepen complex member relationships as well as coach and develop team members. You will also collaborate with Wealth Management, Real Estate, Business Banking, and internal partners to deliver comprehensive, member-centric solutions.
 
This is a full-time opportunity requiring at least 4 days in the office in Hollywood, CA and will report to the Sr. Director, Sales. The targeted salary for the role in California is between $100k to $125k.
 
Responsibilities

·         Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the A‑List Premier Banking function, driving performance, service excellence, and long-term growth.
·         Cultivate, deepen, and manage relationships with high-net-worth members, including select complex portfolios, serving as a trusted financial advisor.
·         Engage in targeted outbound calling strategies to the top 15% of the portfolio to drive growth and deepen relationships.
·         Leverage advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to research, ideate, and deliver creative solutions to complex challenges.
·         Coach, mentor, and develop Premier Relationship Specialists to ensure team success and professional growth.
·         Accelerate portfolio expansion through deposit, loan, digital adoption, and share-of-wallet growth initiatives.
·         Monitor KPIs, pipelines, and portfolio performance, implementing strategies to achieve growth targets and service benchmarks.
·         Actively manage and retain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring personalized engagement and exceptional member experience.
·         Resolve escalated member concerns with urgency, professionalism, and a commitment to service excellence.
·         Ensure strict adherence to Credit Union policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements.
·         Represent the Credit Union at high-profile events, business development functions, and industry associations to expand Private Client Group membership.
·         Maintain meticulous documentation and compliance standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
·         Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational objectives.

Requirements
 
·         A high school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience highly preferred.
·         Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services or relationship management.
·         Minimum 3 years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
·         In-depth knowledge of Credit Union products and services, procedures and guidelines, and field of membership requirements.
·         Prior experience working with high-net-worth clients highly required.
·         An active MNLS License preferred.
·         Strong relationship management, sales, and marketing skills.
·         Strong understanding of credit policies, and the private banking market.
·         Ability to structure and negotiate complex loan transactions. 
·         Proven ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and drive growth.
·         Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
·         Thorough knowledge of regulations applicable to essential responsibilities.
·         Effective communication skills across all levels of audience.
·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office products as well as core banking systems required.
·         Flexibility and availability to address members’ financial needs after standard business hours.
·         Reliable transportation and ability to attend after-hour networking events.
