to financial data and analytics that investors use to make crucial decisions.

At FactSet, our values are the foundation of everything we do. They express how we act and operate, serve as a compass in our decision-making, and play a big role in how we treat each other, our clients, and our communities. We believe that the best ideas can come from anyone, anywhere, at any time, and that curiosity is the key to anticipating our clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations.

Your Team's Impact

The Data Solutions group is responsible for the growth of FactSet’s DataFeed (off-platform) products and solutions. Our aim is to consult & organize our client’s data consumption processes with FactSet proprietary and industry standard delivery solutions.

Pricing and Reference Data (PRD) is foundational data used to identify, describe and value financial instruments, such as stocks, bonds, derivatives, and currencies. PRD is required for workflows across the entire investment process, including trade execution, portfolio management, risk management, compliance, investment accounting and reporting.  There is a tremendous market for this area of focus, including expanding into new clients, as well as competitor replacements.

What You'll Do

As a PRD Technical Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening FactSet’s Pricing and Reference Data offerings by ensuring PRD clients receive the highest level of technical account management and ongoing support. You will have significant influence over the way clients and internal teams utilize financial instrument data, supporting vital workflows across the investment lifecycle such as including trade execution, portfolio management, risk management, compliance, investment accounting and reporting.

You’ll serve as a point person on standard and customized client workflows and processes and act as a primary resource to both client-facing and internal account and product teams. You’ll advocate for best practices, ensure targeted solutions and insights are being utilized by clients, and champion rigorous standards around engagement with these clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an internal and external point of expertise for PRD clients, helping to facilitate escalations, concerns, and overall account sentiment.
  • Apply FactSet proprietary coding and screening expertise to support client technical and workflow needs, translating business objectives into data logic and queries.
  • Consult with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to advise on PRD content, enhancements, upsell opportunities, and any risks.
  • Close collaboration with DSO Implementation, client services, and with Level 2 Data Excellence teams.
  • Proactively partner with client services to identify gaps, enhancements, and trends in the PRD solutions to address with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise the troubleshooting of complex data issues, reconciling of mismatches, and resolution of challenges with feed integrations to maintain consistency and reliability.
  • Develop training materials and deliver sessions (internal and external) to promote understanding of client PRD processes.
  • Deliver ongoing education and mentorship for colleagues and clients—helping them better leverage core PRD capabilities and how they are being used by clients.
  • Contribute to product development initiatives and fact-finding for new data features and content launches based on client feedback.
  • Cross regional collaboration standards to ensure consistent approach to existing and prospective PRD clients.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 8+ years of extensive, hands-on experience with client accounts and financial instruments.
  • Experience with SQL, Python or other data modelling and scripting tools.
  • Experience working with large, complex, and multi-asset class datasets.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role within financial data or analytics industry.
  • Knowledge of industry standards for securities identifiers (ISIN, CUSIP, SEDOL, etc.) and reference data management.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives and tasks.
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting data issues, resolving mismatches, and integrating feeds appropriately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter, proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and data – staying current with market developments and data standards.
  • Certification or coursework in financial analysis, project management, or data-related disciplines (CFA Program, PMI, AWS Cloud Practitioner, etc.).
