The Opportunity
As a Pricing and Revenue Consulting Manager in the Consumer Markets Sector, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing business acumen, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
In this role within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize profitability and maximize customer value
- Analyzing pricing models and customer profitability to provide actionable insights for business growth
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of customer-centric initiatives
- Utilizing pricing software and market trends analysis to enhance pricing strategies
- Managing project budgeting and resource allocation to support client engagements
- Guiding teams in promotional pricing and revenue maximization efforts
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to drive service excellence
- Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
