About the role
Join Ericsson Antenna System's Commercial Management & Technical Sales Support team as a Price Manager and play a key role in driving profitable business across your defined region. What you will do
- Own regional pricing activities on your selected geographical region in line with global EAS strategies and local market needs.
- Benchmark competitor and market pricing, use insights to refine proposals, and ensure deals are both competitive and profitable.
- Build and maintain commercial models, run price/profitability/cost-tracking analyses, and develop value-based pricing arguments to support account managers in negotiations.
- Coordinate with Customer Units's Price Managers to align incentives, discounts and proposals for optimal commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate across product, sales, finance and other teams to implement best-practice pricing approaches and ensure robust commercial governance.
- Act as a pricing subject-matter expert during bid reviews and negotiations, advising on commercial terms, profitability, cash flow and risk.
- Gather and leverage competitor/market pricing to benchmark and refine proposals, ensuring profitable and competitive deals.
You will bring
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Analytical & commercial acumen: Strong analytical skills with proven experience in price analysis, benchmarking, scenario analysis and commercial planning.
- Communication & negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to build persuasive commercial arguments.
- Tools & technical curiosity: Proficiency with, Microsoft Office, PowerBI and commercial modelling tools; willingness to learn antenna technology and its network impact.
- Commercial judgement & adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment; experience with contracts, terms & conditions and financial forecasting.
- German language skills will be considered a strong plus
- NO relocation is offered with this role; applicants must be eligible to work in Germany
