BlinkRx is the world’s first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can’t afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn’t have the medication in stock.
We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!

The Opportunity

Blink Health is looking for a Principal BD-Tech leader to own and grow our provider-facing partner ecosystem - with a focus on interoperability system integrations that power BlinkRx's clinical and pharmacy workflows. This role is for a strategic operator who can navigate complex healthcare partnerships from first conversation through technical go-live, and who is energized by modernizing the infrastructure for provider facing workflows.

You'll be a key driver of how BlinkRx connects to the broader healthcare ecosystem - building the partnerships that make complex clinical and pharmacy processes seamless for providers at scale.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, pharmacy, digital pharmacy, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives, including partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and interpret complex business cases.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
