As a Workday Integration Principal Consultant, you'll bring your technical prowess, keen business acumen, and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to a team that's all about positivity, collaboration, and customer success.

Responsibilities:
  • Dive into the heart of business and IT collaborations, confirming requirements, exploring design options, and driving sign-offs.

  • Navigate the technical impacts of configuration decisions, communicating effectively with stakeholders.

  • Craft detailed system interface specs, field mappings, and process designs that bring solutions to life.

  • Develop, test, and deploy integrations that fulfill business needs, ensuring seamless operations.

  • Empower clients with knowledge, guiding them in developing and managing interfaces within a SaaS environment.

  • Keep track of issues, communicate progress, and escalate concerns when needed, ensuring project success.

Skills & Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of consulting experience, with a passion for technical challenges.

  • Hands-on experience in technical or techno-functional roles on ERP projects using SOA tools like SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, or Workday Studio.

  • Proficiency in web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, and more.

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical mindset, with superb Excel skills.

  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, juggling multiple responsibilities with ease.

  • Ability to work autonomously and travel up to 50% when needed.
