Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior SAP Account Manager to own and grow relationships with some of the largest US clients. You will be the trusted advisor who expands our footprint inside existing enterprise accounts, while also opening a select number of new logos.

This is a farming-led role. The role is industry-agnostic: what matters is your ability to grow enterprise SAP relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Growth (~70%)

  • Own and expand a portfolio of large enterprise US clients
  • Build multi-level relationships, from executive sponsors (CIO, CFO, COO) to SAP program leaders
  • Develop account plans that identify whitespace and new SAP opportunities, such as:
  • Cloud ERP migrations
  • Cloud transformation, BTP and extensions
  • Application management and ongoing services
  • Protect and grow recurring revenue, ensure client satisfaction and drive renewals and extensions
  • Partner with delivery leadership to ensure outstanding execution and to identify follow-on work

New Business Development (~30%)

  • Open select new enterprise logos across the US, using your network and the SAP ecosystem
  • Work with our SDRs, BDM / RFP bid manager and lead-generation partners to convert qualified leads

Full Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Lead opportunities end-to-end: deal shaping, solution positioning, proposals, pricing, negotiation and closing
  • Advise clients on migration strategies and cloud roadmaps

SAP Co-Sell & Ecosystem

  • Drive a balanced mix of SAP co-sell and self-sourced business
  • Build your personal brand within the SAP field organization and strengthen Nagarro's standing with SAP account teams
  • Engage strategic partners on joint account plans

Revenue & Forecasting

  • Deliver against a revenue target
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, account reviews and deal governance

Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • Proven success managing and growing large enterprise accounts in the SAP services ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of SAP’s ERP strategy and LOB solutions, including migration approaches (greenfield / brownfield)
  • Track record of expanding wallet share and delivering multi-million-dollar revenue in existing accounts
  • Experience across multiple industries; comfortable selling into diverse enterprise environments
  • Established relationships in the SAP field organization and with US enterprise executives

Sales Profile

  • Relationship builder with a growth mindset; balances client trust with commercial ambition
  • Autonomous and accountable; runs a portfolio like their own business
  • Comfortable switching into hunting mode to open new logos

Communication & Soft Skills

  • Fluent, highly conversational English with outstanding communication skills
  • Executive presence, strong storytelling and the credibility to act as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborative partner to delivery, Solution Architects and presales teams

Additional Information

Location & Logistics

  • Remote, US-based. Candidates anywhere in the US are welcome; Midwest-based candidates are preferred
  • Travel to client sites, SAP events and Nagarro offices as needed

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus a commission plan: your earnings grow with the business you bring in
  • Nagarro's strong, established relationship and brand within SAP, so you start with credibility in the ecosystem
  • Dedicated go-to-market support: a BDM / RFP bid manager, SDRs and external lead-generation agencies working your pipeline alongside you
  • Solution Architects and global delivery teams who help you shape, scope and win deals
  • An entrepreneurial, low-bureaucracy culture where you can write your own success story

Hiring Process

  • Three interview rounds
  • A case study / presentation after the first interview, where you show how you would approach a real SAP opportunity
