We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Data Architect – Enterprise Data Management with focus on End-to-End Supply Chain to join our Business Applications team. This role is a crucial part of our mission to transform computing, driving the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise data platforms and global business processes. As an expert in the field, you will work with senior leaders, business partners, IT teams, and data engineering functions to create scalable, adaptable, and forward-looking solutions. Your knowledge will help us tackle intricate problems and implement innovative business process and data strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the transformation of coordinated business processes and data strategies across demand & supply planning, manufacturing execution, sales, logistics, NPI engineering, product costing, and finance.

  • Develop future-focused concepts, processes, data and system solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Collaborate with business executives and SMEs to define capability roadmaps, governance strategies, and process & data re-engineering initiatives.

  • Apply industry guidelines to creatively and effectively solve enterprise-wide business problems.

  • Independently lead complex, high-priority initiatives, assuming full accountability for decisions that impact project success.

What we need to see:

  • 15+ years of related experience in business process and data transformations, with at least 3 years at a senior level.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree (PhD) or relevant publications desirable.

  • Demonstrated history of leading large-scale, complex process and data initiatives.

  • Deep subject matter expertise across SAP S/4, SAP MDG, Informatica, Databricks,  SAP IBP, Anaplan, B4/HANA with hands on experience in data platforms

  • Strong knowledge of interdependencies between processes, data and ability to anticipate cross-functional impacts of change.

  • Experience in SAP S/4 greenfield and brownfield supply chain data migrations and integrations is desirable.

  • Proficient in utilizing AI tools such as Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and other similar platforms.

  • Background with using ML/ AI tools in business process and data transformations

  • Experience in the semiconductor and hi-tech industry is required.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
