Job Duties and Responsibilities
Principal Engineer - Software sought by DISH Wireless, LLC in Denver, Colorado.
Provide strategic technical leadership and architectural vision for the entire revenue management platform, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and future-readiness. Analysis of customer requirements and development of mediation and billing strategy and delivery roadmap aligned with reference E2E architecture. Taking ownership and responsibility for configuration of new offers and network integrations. Support and communicate with all relevant persons engaged directly or indirectly such as product owners, testers and other platform engineers. Represent the revenue management development domain with respect to technical implementation of billing, mediation, and charging initiatives and features. Create and maintain user stories to implement robust resilient technical solutions. Advise Product Owner and Scrum master on all individual development tasks (i.e., user stories).
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Requires Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Telecommunications or closely related, plus 12 years of experience in job offered or similar roles. Also requires years of work experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
  • Telecommunications Industry including Tier 1 / Tier 2 operators. (12 years)
  • Architecture and solution design within the Telecom operator's BSS/OSS domain, including network-facing application integration architecture. (6 years)
  • Meditation platforms such as DigitalRoute MediationZone, CSG Intermediate, Openet, Nokia SPS, etc. (4 years)
  • Billing platforms such as Amdocs, Oracle, etc. (4 years)
  • Planning and managing small teams of technical and functional SME. (4 years)

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $183,600.00/Year - $183,600.00/Year
