Role Overview

This is a highly visible, commercially driven role with direct accountability for retention, expansion, and revenue growth across a portfolio of complex enterprise relationships. You will serve as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, deeply understand their businesses and priorities, and translate those insights into opportunities to expand Wealth.com's impact and commercial footprint. The ideal candidate combines strong executive presence and relationship management with sharp commercial instincts, knows how to navigate complex organizations, build relationships across multiple levels, uncover opportunities, and create urgency.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with direct accountability for retention, expansion, and quota attainment.

  • Build and execute strategic account plans that identify client priorities, whitespace, key stakeholders, risks, and clear paths to revenue growth.

  • Develop deep, multi-threaded relationships across client organizations, from day-to-day champions to senior executives and economic buyers.

  • Proactively identify, develop, and close expansion opportunities by connecting client needs to Wealth.com's broader platform and solutions.

  • Own renewal and commercial conversations, including pricing, negotiation, procurement, and contracting.

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor who understands each client's business, operating model, priorities, and opportunities for growth.

  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic conversations that demonstrate measurable value, surface opportunities, and advance the partnership.

  • Maintain a strong command of account health, adoption, engagement, and organizational dynamics to proactively mitigate risk and identify growth opportunities.

  • Own an accurate revenue forecast and pipeline with clear visibility into expansion opportunities, renewals, risks, decision-makers, and next steps.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, Compliance, and leadership to mobilize the right resources around strategic opportunities and client needs.

  • Represent the voice of our largest clients internally and translate client and market insights into opportunities to strengthen Wealth.com's product and commercial strategy.

  • Identify repeatable strategies and best practices that strengthen enterprise retention and expansion across the organization.

  • Be a positive leader within the Account Management team by sharing best practices, helping teammates grow, and bringing a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
